Refund policy


1. Terms & Condition

 

Our return or exchange policy is valid for 7 days after product delivery
If 7 days have passed we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange

To ensure customer protection a complete unboxing video must be recorded
If the package seal tape opening is not clearly visible in the video no claim for damaged or missing products will be accepted


We will only cover the product value Delivery charges are non-refundable

  • Order Number

  • Unboxing Video

  • Issue Description

Items purchased on sale or with special discounts cannot be exchanged or refunded
No claims will be entertained in such cases

If you receive the wrong product or shade Wolve Gaze will provide a free replacement
Customers must return the incorrect item first

Customers cannot demand a refund for shipping charges under any circumstances


The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange to be considered

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the returned product is received and inspected

 

The product must be unused and in its original packaging

 

2. Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards

Downloadable software products

A receipt or proof of purchase (invoice) is required for all returns

3. Partial Refunds (If Applicable):

Products that show clear signs of use except for testing


Items not in their original condition damaged or missing parts due to customer mishandling

 

Any return requested after 7 days of delivery

 

4. Refund Process:

Once your returned item is received and inspected we will notify you of approval or rejection via email

If approved the refund will be processed to your provided bank account

 

5. Delayed or Missing Refunds:

  • If your refund has not arrived
  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your bank as refunds may take time to reflect

6. Exchange Policy:

We only exchange items if they are damaged or defective.

7. Gift Returns:

If your order was marked as a gift a store credit will be issued upon return approval

 

8. Return Shipping Policy:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs which are non-refundable

If your refund is approved return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund
